When people on the left revise history to suit their political prejudices it’s no different than when people on the right do it. It’s deeply unethical & jams our mental circuits. Don’t learn your history from tweets - mine or anyone else’s. READ.

Please read some better history books that are not sanitized to fit the corporate "USA can do no wrong" narrative. You seemed to be on the right track but have taken a bad turn. I really hope you figure this out. We need your voice & your heart is in the right place. ☮️

Unbelievably patronizing. I haven’t just read books that refuse to whitewash America’s past; I have WRITTEN books that refuse to whitewash America’s past.

The bad take is real. I read one of your editorializing books on your view of history and even then it seems based on sources from whitewashed history that is meant to subvert other classes and races as subjects to preferred classes & races. Eg. Systemic racism even you fall for.

That’s patronizing? What was the original tweet?

As if you're not patronizing everyone with your very patronizing tweet?

Years ago during the Bush era I remember you recommending that people read "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man"-hardly a whitewashed version of history.
