He's a fascist who for some reason doesn't want to have a mandatory mask mandate for the whole country and defers to the states in many cases. I don't think you know what Fascism is.

Our system is designed to limit the powers of politicians. Trump is doing what he's doing because it's legal. If the executive branch has too much power, change it. Meanwhile every president gets accused of overreaching by the other side.
