As it has been for its entire existence. As it has been since THIS YEARS dem primary. Trump is no more of a threat to democracy than any other president has been, he just verbalizes it.

Also, a lack of education. 20 years ago there was such a focus on STEM as opposed to teaching the humanities, that teaching history got short shift. If you don’t learn about the Bill of Rights when you’re a child, you don’t know as an adult to be appalled when it’s under attack.
