People have already forgotten Laura. Cannot keep up with these disasters. Plus, expected heat wave in CA again. Heat waves, blackouts, fires, covid, recession. Low humidity can bring even more fires because 2020 isn't finished yet. sfchronicle.com/bayarea/arti…
