In Vietnam, they have ATM like machines on the streets that dispense free rice. A government that decides to take care of its people during a crisis has the means with which to do so; we did it during the Great Depression. Our current government is simply choosing not to.

That's a damn lie. really 30 million americans, that's the combined population of Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Seattle put together. All of them are democrats and all of them have leaders who have run their cities into the ground and stolen money from relief services.
