The root of our problems lie in the perversion of our values, not so much as individuals but as a nation. We allowed ourselves collectively to be drawn into an idolatrous web of putting money before people and it’s on the level of that realization that the healing will begin.

They allowed themselves to put markets before people, thereby making the health, happiness & material well being of all Americans contingent upon having money to buy the goods & services the US & world produces. In any just society, a ‘free lunch’ would be a human right.

Joe Biden caters to his donors. I don't care how "humble" he claims his beginnings were. His political career is atrocious & he literally said nothing will fundamentally change. He's a supposed Democrat trying to court Republicans, most of whom don't want anything to do with him.

I’m so grateful for you. I wish more people would open themselves to the bold healing truth you share. You speak (and write) to thoughts I’ve had since I was a child. Ideas that have made me feel like an outsider looking in my whole life.
