A lot of people talk about how Biden needs to “earn my vote.” Of course he didn’t “earn your vote.” But I think this is less about what he owes us & more about what we owe millions of people in this country & billions throughout the world who will be affected by a 2nd Trump term.

I think a lot of those impacted people are themselves disillusioned with the DNC. What I've been saying is, he didn't earn your vote, but losing isn't a consequence for them because they just fundraise off needing to win next time. Idk if that works yet

Nobody knows that better than me. But if my house is on fire and the fireman comes, I don’t try to figure out whether or not I like him before deciding whether or not to allow him to put out the fire.

No, but if he shows up with a teaspoon to carry water, I'm going to find more help.

The DNC and their corrupt corporate candidate isn't a firefighter in this situation. They're the cop overlooking the fire telling others what they have to do while the fire continues burning in the background.

All he'd have to do is the barest minimum: back the Medicare For All wanted and needed by the majority of Dem & GOP voters. This isn't a frivolous, privileged demand. It's basic human decency.

So if your house is on fire and the fireman who comes is the man who lit the fire you are going to ask for his help?
2
Yes, however, if the fireman is also a known pyromaniac, there are questions to be asked

Biden isn't going to put out the fire! What do you not understand about that? He is on the sidelines waiting to pour on MORE gasoline. We know that and we must stop him.

Biden is not a firefighter, Marianne what are you even saying

If your house is on fire, yes, call the firemen. But Biden is the arsonist in this scenario - he caused the problems. Voting for him just enables more fires at home & abroad.
But if the fireman is holding a can of gas, you have to reconsider your options.
