A lot of people talk about how Biden needs to “earn my vote.” Of course he didn’t “earn your vote.” But I think this is less about what he owes us & more about what we owe millions of people in this country & billions throughout the world who will be affected by a 2nd Trump term.

Actually, it doesn’t. We all know what happened here. So this isn’t about Biden earning our vote; it’s about stopping Trump from being president again. In my mind, breaking democracy’s free fall descent into the pit of fascism is reason enough.

Biden also stands for facism. He said very clearly, multiple times that under him nothing would fundementally change. His record in Congress confirms this position. You cannot say he will do what he clearly says he won't. That's lying.

You have every right to think that and to vote the way you think is best. You don't have the right to shame others to vote the way you think is best because they have the right to decide that for themselves. It's simple. Vote your conscience and allow others to do the same.

How Biden got the nomintation had nothing to do with democracy, you know that, everyone knows that? How in God's green earth is this this breaking the "free fall of democracy"? It's simply not. Candidates need to earn votes, that is democracy.

This is not a winning strategy. In fact, it’s no strategy at all. If this is the best the party’s got then they’ve already loss. I say they because a Biden/Harris agenda doesn’t represent me. I will not vote for Biden unless he embraces progressive policies and police/CJ reform.

Votes always need to be earned, that’s democracy, what you’re advocating is not, if Biden loses to Trump he failed voters, it is never the other way around, that’s fundamental to electoral politics

It's the people pulling the strings at the Biden campaign—away from popular policies—who are risking a Trump victory in the November. Not the people who were told by Joe Biden to "vote for somebody else".
