A lot of people talk about how Biden needs to “earn my vote.” Of course he didn’t “earn your vote.” But I think this is less about what he owes us & more about what we owe millions of people in this country & billions throughout the world who will be affected by a 2nd Trump term.

I believe if it's that important Biden should swing a little more left to insure he gets the voters. The DNC isn't listening to its own voters which tells many people it isn't that important . It seems they listen to the Republicans voters more.

The only kind if voter that matters is the non voter. Nothing coming from this process is doing anything to reduce that #. In fact, the numbers of non voters is growing. You are aren’t addressing this growing void and neither of these candidates has anything to offer them.

Marianne, you trust your own ability to discern which is the lesser of the two evils. I only know that evil is evil, and that I oppose evil - I don't have enough faith in my evil calculus to say which is worse.

Nope. The media has given us a lot of stress and anxiety over Trump, and he is terrible. But he didn't give us three strikes, he didn't invade countries, he didn't write the Patriot Act, he didn't create the TSA, or DHS. Nothing's going to get better until we start being honest

He must debate Trump and win if he has any chance of winning. If can't debate he's not Presidential material.

Yes, as citizens of the world we need to take responsibility for this mess and vote Trump out.

Biden is more likely to start wars & overthrow governments than Trump.

To be clear though, if Biden/Kamala wins, progressives will have no shot at the WH for 8 years. That’s not the case with a Trump win. So look at the “lesser of 2 evils” arguments from that perspective, also taking into consideration that Biden is only marginally better.

What about the way they've been affected by an entire lifetime of politicians who don't represent them? It's not about Trump. I don't really care whether or not he's defeated this cycle. I am much more concerned about slaying the dragon of neoliberalism. That is the real enemy.
