A lot of people talk about how Biden needs to “earn my vote.” Of course he didn’t “earn your vote.” But I think this is less about what he owes us & more about what we owe millions of people in this country & billions throughout the world who will be affected by a 2nd Trump term.

How far into the future should we consider when making these decisions about people's lives? Just the next 4 years?

The alternative is not voting like 2016 and complaining, suffering for another 4 years with COVID, unemployment, violence, heightened racism, funding cuts, so much to lose if we keep saying earn my vote." Obama said it best: don't let the take away your democracy.

More of the same isn't cutting it for millions of people who need change now.

Write in someone before you vote for who they say because they tell you to. Or don’t vote at all. They don’t own your vote, you don’t owe them anything. When people look at you as part of a collective “we,” run away, fast. Nobody owns you, nobody owes you.

What about the millions of us who will be adversely effected if either awful candidate gets in?

Literally all Biden has to do is adopt *one* policy proposal and I’d bet money most of the left and independents he’s missing would come over and vote for him, and that policy is M4A. Why are they resisting the left more than Trump?

The mask is slowly coming off Marianne Williamson. I liked her at first. But lately, she is proving herself to be a team player for the two political parties. Blaming the voters instead of the people who are holding power.
