Excuse my French: absofuckinglutely!
We need to stop purchasing products/services that do not sign a Politically Silent Pledge agreeing they will not put any money into our politics. Apply purchasing power to get them to stop. I would be happy to see PoliticallySilent labels just like NonGMO to identify what to buy

Is it any longer plausible that a 'law' can have any power over the corporate sector, the government it owns, and the legal apparatus it deploys?

The vision is lovely but I heard nothing on addressing the deficit, environmental racism, closing the racial wealth gap, eliminating institutional & systemic racism across every sector, or reparations for indigenous people & descendents of slaves. How is this better for my life?

On the surface, yes it would require that daunting task. But given the collapse of all our institutions and the Rule of Law, it might be something more de jure than de facto.
