In a classic Jill Stein move, Space Case Williamson, with no political skill or experience yammers on as if she knows something. Her whole game is as much a con as Trump's and now she intends on damaging Biden.

They stick to empty platitudes cuz if they told people what they really think, that would be a disaster of epic proportions. Of course a competent leader could at least sound convincing when voicing platitudes (Hope and Change! Yes We Can!), but Biden is not that person.
