I agree, the campaign seems to be oddly quiet during a time where they should be very vocal. Obviously they’re trying to be strategic but it’s unappealing. Non-Dem voter here, voted for Sanders in California primary can’t see myself voting for Joe.

I am not sure about this advice. What I want to hear from Joe is a positive message that includes finding unity among our fellow Americans. Trump and Putin have got our country on the verge of civil war. We need to stop the fighting and look for common vision.
