To those still on the fence about whether or not to vote for Biden, I urge you to consider: however much you decry the actions of the president and his minions now, they are nothing compared to the forces that will be released - and released quickly - should he be re-elected.

I agree, Jesse. But right now the house is on fire, and if we don’t save it we’ll have no chance of changing any of that.

If by house you are referring to our democracy...the house had a compromised foundation to begin with. Do we really want to wallpaper over the rot?

Who's we? The oh-so-electable Joe Biden should have no trouble garnering the required votes where they're most needed without our help and assistance. In short, hic Rhodus, hic Salta!

Your error is in thinking the house is at all saved by voting Biden. That doesn’t save the house. We all know Dems don’t hold their own accountable when they’re in power. So just come out and say it: We’re screwed, the time for action to prevent diaster is too late now.

Her point was the house was already on fire. The 1M dead Iraqis outpaced everything done by Trump. If we weren't ready to overthrow the system then it was because we devalued those people's lives due to ignorance and racism.

One policy adoption would be the sign of good faith many progressive voters would need to go ahead and vote for Biden. As it is, the DNC has shown us that they will not give that sign of good faith. Even in a pandemic with mass unemployment.

Yes. Whoever can hold their nose and do something for the poor can take this election.

Time to build a new house.
I'm sure handing the arsonists matches will put the fire out. 🙄
