This comes from a place of love and respect, Marianne... I am registered to vote in FL and gladly participate in democracy, however neither presidential candidate has sought nor earned my vote. I will do my civic duty for EVERY down ballot candidate who has done that.

But what do we do if the coup has already occurred and votes will be discounted, discarded, discouraged and destroyed? Democracy in 2020 is being actively repressed and we are not responding. I won't say voting doesn't matter, but, sadly, it alone will no longer get the job done.

Dearest Marianne we are already authoritarian society and it really doesn’t make the difference if D or R is in charge. I think the term plantation capitalism describes it the best🤷🏼‍♂️
