During the Battle of Britain in World War II, Londoners prayed - or meditated or focused, according to their own belief - every night for one minute. It was called the #SilentMinute. Let’s do it now, every night 7 PM PT/10 PM ET. Let’s start tonight. Please spread the word.

-be of service to others- respect historical figures since they were just human beings like us. -respect the sanctity of life- empower others- pray for poverty alleviation. Etc. What would you express in your minute of silence?

I say we do that at 5am. While I pray on my porcelain throne. I like to multi-task.

It was also done so that a big group of healers could create an energetic barrier to cover the whole of England against Hitler’s invasion (as Hitler was using black magic to gain power over the world!) It worked!! Thanks mr Churchill for allowing the light workers to help him!
