During the Battle of Britain in World War II, Londoners prayed - or meditated or focused, according to their own belief - every night for one minute. It was called the #SilentMinute. Let’s do it now, every night 7 PM PT/10 PM ET. Let’s start tonight. Please spread the word.

If the peaceful protestors (and supportive Democrat politicians) don't stop the violent protestors from stealing the limelight, the republicans will win again (again)!
I think the opposite. We need to have #LoudMinute, where people get together in that designated time, and call out a crooked politician.

I used to think this woman was a bit odd when I first heard of her. But now it's kind of refreshing to hear from her. I think we all need a boost in our spiritual wellbeing. Whatever spirituality means to you.

Great! We Can Change the world with this! Physicists will be studying this phenomenon in the century to come. Only caveat is we need all who are awake globally to help us.

You are right, Marianne, During this battle of Dems vs. Reps, I am going to follow tour advice. I can easily spend a minute on my beliefs: -Self reliance- work hard- be a responsible father- respect election outcomes- respect all lives not just the one color-coded in my favor.
