@JoeBiden sister Valerie Biden Owens sits on the board of MGM & voted for this. Fed. law requires separation of workers after 6 months of furlough BUT Congress did nothing to provide waivers. It sounds criminal but isn’t because Congress doesn’t dot their I’s or cross their T’s.
