Almost everyone right now would be well served reading a basic book about American history. Knowing our historical landscape gives us two gifts: 1/ we’ve been through very, very, very tough times before, and 2/ our pattern over time has always been to self-correct. We will again.

Right here is the problem. This is the collective state of White Women. (I know, I know, not you) Can I get this cross-stitched on a pillow?

Two steps forward into the abyss followed by one step back is not a self correct to me

I recommend the Autobiography of Malcolm X , written with Alex Haley. Not only is it a fascinating read - Malcolm and many other Black Men have been telling the true history of the USA. That is , the condition(s) which Black people have been subjected to since the get-go! Read.

Peace. Humbly, I ask that you consider reading this book if you haven’t already. It’s time to self correct. And that starts by Europeans not calling us “black”. And us, Moors, not calling Europeans “white”. Love is the key. amazon.com/Othellos-Children…

Problem is, like so many of the hateful replies here indicate, reading and learning fell by the way. Most just want to pick a side and ‘arm up’ for their ‘team’.
