Sometimes I wish I was at least 20 years younger and had that sparkle of real hope in my eyes again. I truly don't like being cynical. The young do give me hope though.

The most cynical people DO believe the most. This system is held up by cynics who pretend not to believe

We've been burned. The things we say are frustrating and can turn people off sometimes. But we're genuinely trying work through to not feel like suckers or do things we regret. We seem uptight but only because we look around the world and see so many people who need to chill.
