We have got to take some responsibility for this. If we didn’t do everything we could to defeat Bush or Trump, we helped pave the way to a SCOTUS that both passed & maintains Citizens United. Money in politics is how the status quo protects its power. We have to VOTE!

I vote. I take no responsibility for the people I continue to vote against and the evil they continue to do supported by idiots who refuse to even basically pay attention and educate themselves. #GOPCorruptionOverCountry #DumpTrump #BidenHarris

You don't think any bad shit went down during the Clinton and Obama administrations? A lot of us feel no responsibility that conservatives like Al Gore, and John Kerry getting the Dems nomination in 2000 and 2004, nor Clinton in 2016.

Joe Biden is the most billionaire-beholden and corporate-owned candidate in the history of this country.

@marwilliamson, you’re great, but Biden just simply can’t meet this moment. He has not come out in support of #MedicareForAll and a #GreenNewDeal. He’s not offering progressives any reason to vote for him, but not being Trump. Voting instead for down ballot candidates is key.

I know the system is corrupt. I know it firsthand. But still, there are enough places - look at Jamaal Bowman in NY for instance - where progressives have triumphed over the corporatist elite. We can do this. But we have to work hard at it.
