Perhaps you never took a civics class. We are a nation of laws. People are assumed innocent until proven guilty. Please do not get to be jury and executioner.

If you are actively engaged in a rights violation such as assault, you waive your rights. You get a jury trial, if you are caught later. One is completely justified in killing in defense of person or property.

When you steal or destroy my property, you are co-opting the time it took for me to earn it. Am I not justified in shooting someone who proposes to force me to labor for them and not for myself?
