Northern California fires are at the edge of an ancient redwood forest where the oldest tree is 2000 years old. The tragedy of what’s going on there is immeasurable. 🙏🏻

Heat from fire is required for the release and germination of redwood seeds, and to burn up the woody debris on the forest floor. forbes.com/sites/michaelshel…

Hey remember when Kamala Harris kept inmates locked up to use them for prison labor and slave wages to fight California wild fires.

Too bad we haven't implimented the LOVE Union yet because we would enact full deployment w/no resource held back for controlling & extingishing the fires. There would be No Limit on Economics, Equipment, Materials, or Personnel. Whatever it takes is covered at $0 Cost to Anyone.

I know it matters less but one of the oldest observatories in the US is in danger too, Mount Wilson is one of the most important places in the discovery that M31/Andromeda was a Galaxy like the Milky Way, at the beginning of the century, + realizing the real size of the Universe.

Thank you for caring. This has been an unbelievable experience to live through. Our masks are serving two purposes now. We’ve had to shelter in place again, because it’s unsafe to breathe the air. Our daughter and grandson were on the verge of evacuation last night. 💗😷
