What Republicans and some Democrats call “far left” refers to policies (free healthcare, etc) that in most European countries are considered mainstream and moderate. In those countries, our slavish devotion to trickle down economics is what would be considered extreme.

Mainstream and moderate enough that Truman, Eisenhower, and Nixon supported them
Run again in 2024. I'll will strongly consider voting for you if you do. You were already in my top 5 during the primary.

I’m more concerned with the far-left burning cities to the ground

It’s trickle down no matter how you slice it. Give money to businesses who pay wages or give money to the government who picks favorites to distribute the money. Either way, it’s trickle down. So stop.
Oh yes, very true. The Europeans consider us very loud and ill mannered. Now we’re just a bad joke at their dinner parties.

Totally true. Brainwashing of Americans complete. When people go against themselves and their interest you know you have accomplished your mission. Make no mistake Marianne - you supporting Biden & DNC is called brainwashing too!

Europe ended slavery a LONG time ago. We literally still have slavery in America. We should probably get rid of that first and foremost.

True, but we don't have to go to Europe- since Truman free healthcare has been mainstream among the voters of both parties. The radicals are the D and R establishment...and the US political system, which has been radically anti-democratic.
