CaresAct was the greatest upward distribution of wealth in U.S.history. That $ was then injected back into the stock market. The Duopoly only answers to the top + their own self interests that will make them multi millionaires. Yet the gutted middle class vehemently defends 1%.

Incentives in the US need more study. The financial elites are incentivized to scam & pillage by bailouts and the Too big to fail rule. Corporations & investors are incentivized to offshore profits & capital gains to tax havens because there is no deterrent. Amazon is...
