If we can land a man on the moon, we should be able to re-create policing in the United States so as not to be so dangerous to our citizens. It’s one of many areas where it will not be technical expertise but rather imagination, ethics and vision that guide us to a better future.

The ruling class is supporting police brutality, because the police is protecting the rich.

Police would be better if they were disciplined in training like the military. The Military considers itself not the Government's protector but the people's protector. Soldiers are taught to protect all Americans and put their opinions aside. Cops use their power for themselves

What shall we do right now Marianne? Right now when “defund the police” has brought us double digit crime increases in major cities? What about the businesses and people who are dealing with riots nightly/weekly? RIGHT NOW.

Rouge PDs are the latest Public Institutions to be ignored by citizens. With that, came privatization, budgets based on fear, ignorance, alienation, abandonment of service, training & accountability. Only the voters can fix it.

Putting a man on the moon took a lot of funding. Defunding's not going to help. And it's not dangerous for law abiding citizens. You are being hyperbolic and disingenuous

We should recreate citizens so they aren’t a danger to police and other citizens.
