I don’t see it the same way. For too long America has been able to look away from such things. There are many times in history where a change has occurred only when enough people actually saw something and felt something. No one can see that video and not see it and feel it.

If you aren't feeling it by now - you just don't want to. The same thing was said about Rodney King.
You have the privilege of seeing it differently. I don’t see some one who could be your father, son, brother, husband, nephew or cousin. It’s TRAUMATIC! Your whiteness keeps you safe!!
It’s not relevant whether you see it that way or not. Black Americans have been saying that this is traumatic and harmful to them, and that’s that. Know your place and amplify the right voices rather than trying to speak over them with your misguided takes.
Or, you know you could listen to and respect Black folks when they tell you it is traumatizing. Your opinion does not supersede their pain or need. We have seen enough - now we must do the work not share stuff on social media but call our local electeds and demand change.
Why don't you share video of white ladies being harassed? Beaten? Killed? Could it because it's too disturbing to watch regularly? Go with that...
Why do you think anyone cares about your thoughts on this? This isn't about you. Sit back and listen to those who ARE impacted by it.
There are historical postcards of people taking their children to lynchings. Seeing it doesn't mean you feel it. We don't need to see it to feel it. We just need to know it happened.

Listen to Black people. We know what’s best for us.
This isn't about you though, which is kind of the point. Your voice is irrelevant. People see the video and spend a day or a week tweeting about it before becoming bored. Black people live it EVERY day. Instead of talking OVER Black people, use your platform to share THEIRS.

Oh, for goodness sake, anyone soulless enough to need another video at this point is willfully ignoring the problem and is unlikely to be part of the solution.
