I don’t see it the same way. For too long America has been able to look away from such things. There are many times in history where a change has occurred only when enough people actually saw something and felt something. No one can see that video and not see it and feel it.

Its not about how you see it. You don't get to tell Black folks how we get to bear witness to the tyranny and terror that continues to haunt us. It's not on us to convince white folks to care. Stop using our deaths as propaganda. De-center your whiteness and take a seat.
Black people are asking we don't share the videos of Black people being killed because it's traumatic for them to be continually reminded by people sharing it like it's some kind of fetish porn and your white ass response is we need to see it to understand that it's happening?
Needing to continuously see the lynching of Black people to have empathy for us simply demonstrates how much it takes to acknowledge our humanity. This is the fundamental nature of white supremacy.

This isn't even remotely your call. Step the hell back.
Marianne it’s traumatising for Black people. It actual terrorising to see images and videos like that on loop all the time. Have mercy on your fellow citizens. Stop revelling in their pain and death. Just stop.

Maybe this isn't your lane, my cousin white lady.

If you need to see the senseless murders and shooting of black people to feel "something," you need to work on your listening skills.
Send it directly to your white family members.
