1/ Before I go to sleep tonight, I’m going to say a prayer for my country. There’s a line in A Course in Miracles that says “God does not give you victory in battle; he lifts you above the battlefield.”

2/ It reminds me of Rumi’s poem: “Out beyond all ideas of good or bad, right or wrong, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” Whatever is going on in this country, it’s going to take more than the mortal rational mind to heal it. Fortunately a greater power exists in each of us.

3/ Dear God, please do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. Heal this country and heal our hearts. May the waters of forgiveness dissolve the walls that divide us. And so it is. Amen.

Massachusetts hopes to fire a few more shots of Liberty & Thanks Giving here. Thanks Giving for being passed over 70 years of undeclared war crimes, lying about trusting in him. Comes with a price, trash needs 2B cleaned out & we get what ever we want. Bring your own god church.

I appreciate following you. I don't use god metaphor at any level. I much prefer a Buddhist paradigm. Have you read Mike Pollan's How to Change the Mind? Tim Leary was asked if he had regrets. He responded that he regretted not getting Nixon "dosed." Take care.

In India we study this poem in school. I pray for the world to live by its message:
