No the Portland police spend hours making baseless threats like they did hear. They never declare a riot or make an order to disperse then go right in and enforce it. This is typical for PPD. The proud boys chose to leave shortly after the unlawful assembly was declared.

The Proud Boys are only a threat to Antifa and other ult-left ideologies. Whereas BLM and Antifa will destroy and cause harm indiscriminately amd to anyone crossing their path. There’s your difference.

If they’re attending permitted events, does law enforcement have a duty to honor that, and enforce the laws against agitators coming to do them harm? I would get this if their protest was an unlawful assembly.
