How can you watch 467 U.S. billionaires increase their wealth by $730,000,000,000 during a pandemic-induced recession and not think the system needs to fundamentally change?

The feds propping up small businesses with tax payer money happened. The PPP loans are real. Shutdowns were a waste of time and have led to the largest shift of wealth from small businesses to large corporations.

Wrong. The PPP loans were there. But not being open for three months loses consumers, many of whom will not come back when reopening cuts/occurred. It’s not the system, it’s the power grab that has led to the largest transfer of wealth to large corporations

Businesses could get up to $2mill and with other SBA loans $10mill. Shutting down small businesses for a virus that kills less than 1% of those it infects is lunacy

Unemployment topped with a stimulus package, I know three businesses that profited off of it. Any shop that closed was bound to close.
