Can you call the U.S. a democracy when by law it only allows the effective participation of two parties that represent different wings of the white minority capitalist ruling class? Who represents the interests of the majority who are the workers & nationally oppressed?

Yes that’s what it has become, but you say that as though it’s a done deal. It’s not. It’s simply a chapter in our history and we need to correct it.

The critical ingredient in taking back our democracy is returning training in democratic processes to the public schools. In most part of the country kids get a semester of civics in middle school, and a semester of government in high school.
