Peaceful protesters use their RIGHTS as Americans to stand up for justice and equality. This treatment and excessive force should NEVER be used on them. Thankfully, these Indy officers were indicted on battery and other charges. They must be held accountable for their actions!

With the number of officers on site there was no justification for the use of force. Deescalation is what was called for. It is time for the PD's to be reminded that it is the taxpayers who hire them, they work for us.
