At what point do we admit to ourselves that only an insane society risks massive loss of life among its children in order to procure the ability to risk massive loss of life among their parents in order to avoid massive losses of money among those who don’t care about either one?

If kids go back to school ... some parents ... some grand-parents ... some students ... and some little brothers and sisters ... will die!

An expansion of Medicaid, in Oklahoma, only passed by 6,000 votes, a little over half of the voters that participated. Those who voted against it could care less about the unfortunate. I really don’t know what to say about those people.

It isn't massive loss. You have a 99.5% of surviving the virus.

At what point do you admit to yourself that CV19 is not a risk statistically to children?

It's a sad 😞 state of affairs. It's the kind of thinking that could end this dreadful experiment money addicts created and the dems and republicans operationalized! We must continue the work of the progressive take over of congress!

It's not insanity. It's neoliberalism.

We all suffer insane impulses. The good rebuff them with responsible frequency. Evil submits to them, hails them, arranges them into weapons & armor, to pillage the good. Good is often wounded, ultimately stronger & spared. Evil needs an origin, target, & end. Good is eternal.

I wish we could say it was a “risk”, as that would imply a probability of some non-catastrophic outcome. Instead, it is more apt to say that we are sacrificing lives. The loss of our most precious and vulnerable, and for what? A propaganda victory for the GOP.

It's hard to believe that the leaders in government are so callous to the lives of children and their famies.
