The American gov't and health care industry is so corrupt that it can't even maintain public health as well as a fairly poor third world country like Vietnam. Vietnam has a population of 97 million people. To date, no patients have died from COVID-19 in Vietnam.

Why?... Because we are a collection of 50 autonomous states and did not shut down state borders as did all the EU countries, so infected citizens in hotbeds like NY and NJ could freely travel through and to other states infecting thousands of unsuspecting state residents.
