You have GOT to be kidding. A federal judge is not anonymous. She’s simply asking that their home addresses not be made public.

Do you think a killing where the motive has been sold as "misogyny" even though the guy has worked in intelligence and killed 3 men during his spree makes any sense. There's more to this and it shouldn't be used as an excuse to limit how much we're allowed to know about judges.

Federal judges are some of the most protected and insulated members of society that have tremendous power and aren't subject to a voting public. Killings like this almost never happen. It's tragic that people have died, but changing policies to further insulate judges is bad.
