Yes, leave the decision to the parents. Parents need to have the choice when it comes to their children. Im sure they wont use their children politically. Seems like an American thing to do.

I agree that a mother's gut-check is an appropriate decision-making factor. However, why should so many mothers in the USA be in this tough position? Institute homeschooling for the entire 2020-2021 school year in every state & territory.

Mother's make mistakes. Mother's cannot parent in a vaccuum. It takes a village & 1 of those villagers is a dr There are mother's who abuse and sell their children. Child services exists exactly because mother's cannot be expected to always act in a childs best interest.
