Americans are now pathologically habituated to asking “Pretty please?” for things that can literally mean the difference between life and death, from a system that’s pathologically habituated to telling them no as often as it says yes. And only the people can change this.

Billionaires demand bailouts & they are serviced by the Fed government.... Billionaires demand that unemployment assistance & aid be cut off to US labor (because they want labor prostrate & easily manipulated for exploitation)... and again, the Gov complies. #NeoliberalismKills

Last I heard... this is the best country in the world. All people visiting say this. That being said.. we all can improve. Let’s be positive. The media makes everything worse. Fix that!
We are also tragically inured to believing that our labor is not worth a vibrant standard of living.

Where are these people? No qualified leadership to chose from. Who’d want the job anyway. Only narcissists or slightly crazy’s 🤪

I see this with UBI, and for bailouts. You know why the corporations get millions? Because they demand it and they know the power they have in the economy. People have this power too, but we convinced ourselves its shameful to demand support during a pandemic.
