Everyone spoke the truth as we knew it. Both Democrats and Republicans. Now lots are dropping out time.acting as though things said 3 or 4 months ago were said yesterday. People did the best they could with the data they had.

That’s right. All along everyone acted according to the information they had at the time. No...they weren’t prophets. Just people. But....politics poisons everything.

Let’s not be so willfully blind, okay? Every other country saw what was happening & acted accordingly. Our scientists saw what was happening & wanted to act accordingly. The Trump administration didn’t want to.

Testing, contact tracing, PPE....None of them were done on time. Economic stimulus that actually helps the people of the United States on any level comparable to other countries....Even now has not been done. No one could call how he has handled this a success.

Well gee, Marianne, it is hard to hit the ground running with testing when the only available test was 50 % effective. A crystal ball would probably have been more effective. As far as PPE, it was depleted after H1N1 and remained depleted until Covid-19. This is a new virus.
