You can't permanently lock down a country. People have to be more responsible. Trump admin has already given instructions to people how to avoid infection. Govt cannot do everything. There is something personal and social responsibility.

No. The president could have invoked Defense Production Act immediately to create testing & PPE & contact tracing to save thousands of lives. States & hospitals begged for help. Instead they sent money to bail out corporate interests. A disgusting betrayal of the American people.
