When pols say schools need to reopen “for the mental health” of our kids their hypocrisy is on full display. If they cared about kids’ mental health they would have done something years ago to diminish anxiety that every child feels with school shootings in the back of their mind

Lmao the only fear kids have about getting shot at schools is from parents pushing the notion on them that it'll happen. They have a better chance of a vending machine falling on then than dying in a school shooting

Hey Marianne, my youngest is 18 and got to start school before shooting drills and wrap up his high school years doing them regularly. Know what he thinks? They unnecessarily scare the sh!t out of the kids. It’s like doing a drill for a car wreck before every time you drive.
