When pols say schools need to reopen “for the mental health” of our kids their hypocrisy is on full display. If they cared about kids’ mental health they would have done something years ago to diminish anxiety that every child feels with school shootings in the back of their mind

I am thinking of registering the teachers union as a professional sports team so they can get daily Covid testing!

Or they would consider the anxiety children feel when thy hear their parents crying alone in the bathroom because they’re unemployed, broke, soon to be homeless with no idea how they are going to feed their kids.

This is the truth!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 Please keep speaking up Marianne and be the voice for the children and for all the educators that live this. The hypocrisy is beyond apparent! They just think people will buy it. We need a mental health/ education component for traumatized youth

We are such a fast paced society that we rush our kids through childhood that we have moulded a generation of anxious humans who dont know who they are . Phones, tv social media Trying to fit in has caused this . Schools used to be a place of learning now they are to fear so sad

More children die from school bus related accidents than from school shootings.

In 2019, 4 children died in school shootings in the USA.. Four to many, but four nonetheless. The problem is with the left. They are the ones scaring children over something statistically insignificant.
