When pols say schools need to reopen “for the mental health” of our kids their hypocrisy is on full display. If they cared about kids’ mental health they would have done something years ago to diminish anxiety that every child feels with school shootings in the back of their mind

Or better yet, pull their kids out of the indoctrination camps that are public schools. The Lord willing, mine will never go there.

SCENARIO one of these kids is a carrier & infects a teacher/adim/support staf &that person dies. The trauma inflicted on all those kids/Inflicted on that 1 child, will be life changing/altering. no mental health services in place ANYWHERE.NOT EVEN INCLUDED IN "MUST REOPEN" B.S.

So true .) Worked in schools so not by the book as text books developed by all the theroists taught us all equality within the settings for a positive environment in all aspects but my son neally ended up on medication due to the failure of some ,but look I was trained knew .FACT

Active shooter drills are scary and it sucks that kids and teachers have to do them. It’s not a natural disaster, it’s a man made crisis.

They are referring to the fact that a HUGE number of children in this country, receive the mental health services in school. In addition to counseling from school personnel some out patient clinics are in schools which empowers families to better access those services.
