Nine missed meals to revolution

I feel like we are unfortunately too far gone to turn things around, but hopefully I’m wrong. We need a full on revolution anything less will not suffice in my opinion. Our leaders have failed us for far too long. Voting is not completely obsolete, but it’s pretty close.

Something’s missing here in the grammar of her sentence, but I also get a deep feeling that there’s something else missing.
