This is more pie in the sky dreaming. If it were possible a politician would run with a promise of free Medicare and win. Both parties know the country, with a 26T debt, cannot afford it.

If people had free healthcare think of all the more discretionary spending they could do. Think how much healthier and happier they would be at work, how much more productive & less stressed they would be. All that means money. That is how we would pay for it.

They already "won"; they stopped Bernie Sanders from getting the nomination (and also stopped you and Tulsi Gabbard and Andrew Yang from doing better than you did). They don't care enough about winning to give people something that popular and beneficial.
