1/ During a time of crisis a plan for getting out of it is imperative. But another factor is just as important. Fear & despair will come at you like a tsunami; it's your opponent as much as anything else. If you allow it to it will take you down. Learn to say"Get thee behind me."

2/ Don't expect every hour of a crisis to be happytime. Just let that hour pass without letting it take you down. It's how the ego works, to emotionally & psychologically defeat you that way. Be strong for others when they're down & ask others to be strong for you when you are.

You are so right, they is nothing to fear. What is the worst thing that can happen, face that and you will conquer your fear.

For me the issue is this: we all know the worst thing that can happen - but we can also agree now that even if it does we're going to keep going, stay together, and make it right in the end.
