Replying to @AlexThomp @AlxThomp
Chairwoman of the largest speaker assembly in the country, Chair of the CBC, physician assistant, and badass single mom is out of contention to be VP because of a speech....? Really??

Scientology is really bad. They aren’t just kooks, they’ve really hurt people. I don’t want anyone quack-adjacent in the WH. No anti-vaxxers, no QAnon. Democrats need to institute zero-tolerance on this. We’ve already lost one party to it.

I mean I get it 100%. But we also did just nominate a guy who eulogized storm Thurmond who ran for president on a racial segregation, but we forgave Biden (rightfully so!) just seems like we don’t extend the same forgiveness to women, especially someone as legit badass as bass

Maybe if I were totally sold on Bass I’d dismiss it, but it just feels different to me. This isn’t controversial, it’s nutty, and I feel like that’s much worse. We need to stop tolerating ppl like Marianne Williamson. We have an epidemic of crazy in this country.

We need to stop “tolerating people like Marianne Williamson” ??? What we need to stop “tolerating” is self-righteous, ignorant, condescending, bigoted commentary by someone who would casually mock someone who they clearly know nothing about.

Calling out pseudoscience isn’t “bigotry” lol.

I don’t have a problem with that. But I’ve never supported “pseudoscience,” so my point remains. The idea of body/mind/ spirit medicine is hardly pseudoscience. This is 2020, not 1979.

Read the article. I “promoted” nothing.

I did read the article. You saw “both sides” of the issue? Vaccines do NOT cause autism. Period full stop.

What year do you think that radio show was? Do you know where we were in that conversation at the time?

What year did it need to be? There’s never been ANY evidence that vaccines cause autism. None. There wasn’t any in 2010. There isn’t any now.

I look forward to your Green Party presidential run in 2024.
