One interpretation of this tweet is that the protestors were being destructive and feds decided to lay off. Another, protestors were behaved, and feds decided not continue unjustified assaults and kidnappings.

They chopped off a pigs head and burned it in the streets last night.

They should never have attacked them and been aggressive.

Also, the Portland police didn't attack them -- as they had been prior to the arrival of the federal goon squads. #DefundThePolice
