If “agitation” means destroying property or conspiring to do so, then yes that’s actually illegal.
Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

Of course it can mean that. Someone who “urges others to rebel” by rioting is indeed commiting a crime. The vaguery of your tweet is the problem. It’s purpose is to abstract away ANTIFAs obvious crimes whilst condemning feds for protecting fed property. Clarity is required.
