Being an anarchist is not actually illegal. Being an agitator is not actually illegal. Trying to use either one of those characterization as a reason for denying people their rights - THAT is what’s illegal.

No. That is illegal and dangerous. But thousands of people gathered in the streets of Portland tonight are not arsonists.
